Tourism 2030 Work Flow Design

1. Induction structure  for Administrators

  • What is the structure of the “Tourism 2030” platform?

  • How is the platform be administrated?

As first step the TRIANGLE HEIs determine each 1 or 2 persons as “administrators” of the 10 topics. These administrators will then be introduced to the structure, the administration section and tools

This will be done in following steps:

  1. A video/ppt of how to do the topic administration job
  2. A Gotomeeting session with the topic administrators to collect and to answer questions
  3. Three Skype sessions with the topic administrators
  4. A Help Desk for ad-hoc questions (email, skype)

2.       Workflow Content

How to administrate the topic’s folders, how to submit, edit and approve content, how to manage the contributors?
