  1. Select 3 -5 best practice examples of a)businesses, b) destinations, and c) tour operators and examine their links to the GSTC criteria  (2 hours)

  2. Choose 4 examples to demonstrate criteria from each GSTC category (economic, environmental, social, management) and prepare a PPT to present your findings (1 1/2hours)

  3. Use the best practice template and informally apply it to an SME or a destination of your choice. You will have to introduce the template in a one-minute skype video. (1 1/2 hours)

MODULE 6 COMPETENCE EXERCISE 

Taking your best practice template example,  add the example to the Tourism 2030 Atlas. Write it up as a magazine acticle length report. Ensure your article includes the relationship between your SME or destination with GSTC criteria. Deliver it as and item in  Word file or equivalent linked to the the template description. (2 hours)
