Understanding Sustainability
The intention of this Competence in Sustainable & Responsible Travel & Tourism Certification training course is to provide the skills and understanding that allow you to interpret any given activity according to sustainability criteria.
The Learning Method
You will work through an hour by hour schedule of activities described in the learning programme. This is mainly individual work, but you will have the opportunity to work with other members of the course when appropriate.

- GSTC Approval and/or Accreditation
- Course evaluation
Evaluation and Certification of Participants
Following the Learning Programme, you will be expected to complete a series of tasks that will show you have the competent skills and knowledge to judge the sustainability of travel and tourism activities. You will receive the a Competence in Sustainable Travel and Tourism Certification' Certificate that will denote which modules you have completed and what credits you can claim If you have registered with one of our partner universities or other training institutes.
