Pflichtpraktikum im Ausland

As part of the internship abroad, the students should gain intercultural experience in other countries and get to know international businesses. The interns are expected to complete a training programme of 8 hours daily in various business domains such as kitchen, service, reception, store or management. Furthermore, they are supposed to gain profound insight into the companies as well as consolidate and extend their competence and skill in these domains. Moreover, it is one of the school’s main concerns to promote sustainable cooperation between educational institutions and enterprises in economy, tourism and foodservice industry at international level.

After the end of the third year, this summer, 4 students of the HLW Horn are going to take 8 weeks of their 12-week internship in kitchen and service abroad.
