Villa Pinia is the first eco-friendly hotel in Odessa which offers comfortable and relaxing accommodations without environmental pollution, a perfect escape for those who appreciate privacy, contemporary design and stunning views combined with high standard of comfort and hospitality. We tried to create a model of the enterprise, that corresponds to the principals of “green economics”. The peculiarity of ecological hotel, which works in a big city, is that it tries to minimize the harm of the environment. We learn how to work and keep the wise balance of consumption of resources, using friendly cleaning means. That is especially actual for resort areas, because thousands of guests come to Odessa to enjoy the rest of the beach. And the main components of a good rest are: fresh air, clean water and clean coast.
