We follow the concept of local food & tradition, clean eating, organic, and sustainable produce. Field to fork cuisine is a second nature to Naxians in the mainland, making the hinterland a perfect place to indulge in a passion for food and drink. We transform simple food into fine cuisine, and promise authenticity in each dish on the menu. The restaurant serves Naxian cuisine within 6 Km regional sourced ingredients, while our bar offers the best of Naxian wines, and the most outstanding Greek awarded brands of liquor. Drinking is an art here as well. Our signature artisan cocktails made of impeccable local ingredients and products result in small symphonies for the mouth. When it comes to food, it's a family affair here. Our virgin olive oil comes from our own olive grove field just below the resort. Our aromatic cheeses are made by the local producer and brother whose name is associated with quality and uniqueness since their milk is derived from free mountain ranged grass fed goats and sheep. Our organic vegetables and fruits come from another brother's field, and our sister makes all homemade marmalade. We offer our guests the experience to visit our fields and participate if they would like, cook together, eat, and have fun. We also have many choices for vegetarians, vegans, GF, and for those interested in detoxing. Here, you can eat and drink like a local, and feel like one too. The source of our fresh tap water comes from the spring of the Mountain Fanari above. Local products with mountainous flavors are used in artistic ways to create true masterpieces and gourmet dishes. Naxos never had such a captivating outdoor-eating-and-drinking option in the hinterland.
