What is the experts’ contribution?
if not yet done: fill out and send the OBSERVATORY questionaire to gordon.destinet@ecotrans.de
go to your TOPIC FOLDER . There you see a long list of pointers to information on DestiNet where the tile of your TOPIC has been choosen as relevant. The introduction text "our support" now shall be completed with some good key information examples: ca 3 key organisations (for "who is who"), 3 key "resources", 1-3 "good practices" and 1-3 "market place" examples. How to do this? For "resources" you can directly go to the "FAST-LAIN Library" folder which includes your input of key documents from September. For "Who is who", "good practices" and "market place" go to the Atlas and use there the TOPICS filter. And then? Send the 8+ hyperlinks to gisela.martinez@ecotrans.de . She will add them to your "our support" in your topic folder. See as model the "Our Support" section in "Quality assessment, certification, marketing"

answer topic related questions from the partners. As a potential tool for knowledge networking we have created a FAST-LAIN ‘ask expert forum” . Have a look! There the FAST-LAIN partners may post some “burning” questions before the workshop. You as topic experts then can see and answer them already online before the meeting, and then directly at the workshop (special session)
propose potential follow-up projects and sources of funding/finance. We will have a “future workshop” on the 2nd day, facilitated by Peter Zimmer: there you should make one or more suggestions for potential follow up projects. We will discuss them, set priorities and agree on the next steps. According to your interest and opportunities you then will be asked to participate in the next steps.
DestiNet is a quality assessed sustainable tourism information portal. Experts as folder administrator make sure that the information is related to sustainable tourism (e.g. a special topic) and that the information is saved in the correct folder.
At the workshop we will present the administration system with tasks, rigthts and benefits. After the workshop we will do individual online inductions on skype/phone.
