CTS- Dipartimento di Conservazione della Natura - Student Tourist Center - Department and Study Center for Nature Conservation/ Sustainable Tourism Department

The CTS is a non-profit organization for the promotion of youth tourism, but is also an environmental organization recognized by the Ministry of Environment. The CTS is supported by a tour operator, the CTS Travel, which provides travel services to the association. It has an important role in promoting sustainable tourism. And for that reason, the end of 1989, more than 10 years ago, the association has been formed within a department ad hoc, the Department for Conservation of Nature, which is a little container carrying out a lot of activities, both for conservation and environmental education for sustainable tourism and for the promotion of responsible tourism together with CTS Travel. Currently the Department of Nature Conservation of the CTS is engaged in four major areas of activity: conservation, sustainable tourism, volunteering, environmental education.
