Bearing in mind the obligations of our country established by signing the documents of Rio - Agenda 21 (Rio de Janeiro 1992), Plan Implementation, 41.-Count Summit Rio +10 (Johannesburg, South Africa 2002) and Draft Law on the System of Environmental Protection of Serbia (and General Provisions, Article 3 Sustainable management of natural values and environmental protection are achieved: adoption and implementation decisions that ensure balance between environmental protection and economic development through the integration of environmental protection in all sectoral policies ; planning and sustainable use of natural resources, goods and energy;) and the Strategy of Economic Development of Serbia until 2010.
