Il progetto ha come scopo il sostegno dello sviluppo economico nella regione transfrontaliera di due comuni serbi (Niš e Pirot) e cinque bulgari (Belogradchik, Berkovitsa, Chiprovtsi, Varshets e Svoge) attraverso lo sviluppo integrato del turismo, la formazione e lo scambio di buone pratiche da parte dei partner bulgari, la promozione di partnership a vari livelli e l'applicazione dei meccanismi di mercato innovativi al turismo transfrontaliero.
