“Konzept zur Qualifizierung und Kennzeichnung von Jugendreisen im Sinne einer nachhaltigen Entwicklung” (Design and Labelling of Sustainable Youth Travel), in collaboration with the study group „Jugendreisen mit Einsicht“ (Youth Travel with Insight), under the leadership of the Deutschen Jugendherbergswerk (German Youth Hostels Association) DJH, Detmold, and with the support of the Deutsche Bundesstiftung Umwelt DBU, Osnabrück. ECOTRANS’s role includes participation in the Working Group, the scientific elaboration of the quality criteria, and the technical overseeing of a Federal Competition for Children’s & Youth Travel. Duration of the project: 01/1998 - 06/2001.
