European Tourism Indicators for Sustainable Destinations launched!
On 22 February the European Commission, DG Enterprise and Industry, launched the European Tourism Indicator System with 27 core and 40 optional criteria for Sustainable Management of Destinations. The indicators are grouped according to the four sections of the Global Sustainable Tourism Criteria. The toolkit is avaliable for download here
