GreensEFA Conference on 'Climate Change and Tourism' in European Parliament, Room ASP 1G2, on Thursday 3 July 2008
The Group of the Greens/EFA in the European Parliament will hold a high-level conference on "Tourism
& Climate Change" on 03 July 2008. The purpose of this event is to show that tourism is both responsible
for but also a victim of climate change. The event should also be seen in preparation for the coming into
force of Article 195 of the Treaty of Lisbon (the inclusion of Tourism sector in the EU legislative
procedure)
