The Deutschebahn web site developed the most sophisticated, multilingual booking system (see also DieBahn trip planner of smartphones), offering any train routes for any multi-stopover trips in Europe, which most railways do not offer. Therefore it is ironically used by travellers from other countries to plan trips... in their own countries!
