Regional purchasing and strengthening the producer in the region: The eggs come from the Mooswald farmer, the milk from our neighbor, the organic farmer Florian, bread and cereals come from the organic baker Amhof, the honey from Galla, bacon. And chimney sausage from Teldra, vegetables seasonal and regional, the cheese from Waldsamerhof, the muesli from the St. Lorenzner mill, the herbs from our farm and drinks & juices all from South Tyrol - the wine, for example, from the winery Kaltern.
