Meaferias awards the certification to holiday houses and apartments with an excellent performance in the following areas: energy, water, waste, furnishing, mobility, CO2and communication. At least 70% of the points must be obtained in order for the certification to be granted. Additionally, the applying hosts receive the calculation of the CO2-footprint of the apartment as well as the report with suggestions for improvement. |
