From its very beginning in 1993, DEŠA advocates values of a social and humanitarian organization with emphasis on local community and vulnerable/marginalised groups. Through its diverse and wide field of activity, DEŠA has built skills in organizing large events and educational formats (conferences, workshops), gained rich experience and knowledge in project implementation and design, and skills in public advocacy and participation in public national and local policy-making processes.
