Simple Yet Highly Tactical Drag-and-Drop Gameplay with Block Blast
Intuitive controls entice players into Block Blast making it easy for anyone to rapidly learn the gameplay. You are given three blocks per turn on an 8x8 grid. Just select a block, move it to where you want it, and drop it there. The mechanics are simple enough, but logic and close observation are needed to pick the best spot to position them. The blocks are of different sizes therefore not all empty spaces are equally good . You need to arrange your moves so that you make complete rows or columns that will clear the blocks you put and give you bonus points. When you clear a line , you create more room for your following moves . The trick is to concentrate on the sections that are nearly done first , yet allow for bigger , more intricate shapes . Also, the board arrangement is stable because in a turn all three blocks are well used. Combine basic drag-and-drop controls with ever-changing arrangement puzzles, and you have a puzzle game that’s pleasant, but very intriguing.
At the beginning of a game of blockblast you are given an 8x8 square grid. In this region there are three geometric blocks every rotation. These blocks might be of all sorts of shapes, little squares, long horizontal or vertical bars or L-shaped formations. To place a block, select the form you want, drag it over an empty location on the grid and drop it. If you arrange it correctly, the block will lock into the corresponding squares. Then after that move is done you can use the rest of the blocks to build your arrangement further more. One intriguing thing about the game is that players cannot place blocks on squares that are already taken. This means that even with lots of room to spare on the board, not all of the spaces will be a good fit for the shape you are currently working with. You have to think about the size and structure of each block carefully before you decide where to put it. The main goal of Block Blast is to fill a horizontal or vertical line fully. When all the squares in a row are filled , the blocks that form the row disappear and the player gets bonus points . This mechanic means that the board is continually changing, with newly cleared spaces becoming perfect places for future blocks. Thus, instead of only filling immediate empty squares, you should attempt to finish full rows or columns to preserve adequate space open for future actions.
