The very first edition of The European Sustainable Tourism Award was delivered on the 26th of March 2003 in CalvÃa, The Baleric Islands. Two initiatives was selected as winners:
- The Project MED-COAST S-T
- VISIT by ECOTRANS
The initiatives came from all over Europe covering both the private and public sector. Out of a total of 12 public and 14 private entries of high quality the jury picked 7 initiatives to the final round. More
